The car has manual locking at present

i think you need the central locking ecu and the actuators in the doors, and of course all the wirings

Does the door wiring loom for central locking include power window wiring? Thinking of doing this upgrade at same time?

Not always, but generally if you have power windows you will have central locking

not just the doors, but boot, petrol cap too, adding all the wiring loom/control unit/door microswitches, actuators (which DIY means potential problems down the line)...IMO a lot of work and you still need to turn the key to open it!!

plus wind down windows and "lean accross" central locking are sooooo eighties...proper old school!!

A work in progress so thanks for the thoughts - I am grappling with "up speccing" the car but don't want to create headaches. The cruise, OBC, sports seats, tech1 wheel I have done were easy - no liekyl problems there.
I am also considering power windows but am I making a whole world of problems for myself??? :? :?
