i am port polishing both my inlet and exhaust manifolds next yeasr but have been told it would also be a good idea to uprate the cams in my IS, any idea which are good makes and even if they exist??

Try looking at newman or cat cams. I think CAT definately do re-grinds and new from blank cams. The re-grinds will be best value.

Cams again nearly non existant and very expensive if u do find any!

Sounds sweet, but would rather put that kind of money towards a mental engine conversion on a project car and keep the iS standard.

i have to agree there pal

although it would be one of a kind the m42 can only have so much power

you could get twice the gains from an engine a wee bit bigger for a tleast a quarter of that

still beserk tho
