well since nobody seemed to know anything I got hold of John Wilcocks one of the guys who organises the TTRS series ( who has raced both 325s and M3s E30s )and he told me that the clutch would be made by a company Helix- based in Banbury.
Sure enough it was and the paddle type clutch plate alone is £164 cover plate is the same again and the bearing £40

Anyone come across these people before?

Yeah, we had a sponsorship agreement then got totaly ignored by them when it came actualy getting anything from them, just gave up. They're renouned for being difficult but you never know.

What engine is it for?

I have one in my car..

I have heard of them falling apart, but mine is fine with a Sachs Uprated cover..

Why bother? The standard clutch is good for 300lb-ft+. Nothing N/A will break it.
