Lots of history and paperwork.
Car has been garaged for 4 years, still starts, but will obviously need a service/brakes etc.
Only pic I have, and this was over 4 years ago..

528i's dont have body kits usually unless its some weird zender or bbs item.Splondike wrote:Si, the one pictured does not seem to have a bodykit ? (Which is a good thing ). I would guess 1-1.5K... has it not moved for all that time ? Really nice examples can make more money than that but without any more details it is difficult to know.

I'll have it if you don't! (that's if I can make space!!)Simon wrote:The seller has said he would take £400 for the car, that pretty good then?

Not necessarily.B7 wrote:400 quid? Just buy the damn thing. It'd break for double that.

It's hardly high finance though is it - obviously, as you're in business, it wouldn't make sense for you, but for a cheap old barge for a usual sort of punter to biff about in for a while it can't be that bad - £400 for a working vehicle (if this one does work that is!) isn't exactly a lot of money.cecotto479 wrote:Not necessarily.B7 wrote:400 quid? The E28 market is nowhere near as buoyant as the E30.
I wouldn't like to be paying £400 for an E28 breaker.
Nobody wants M30 2.8s. Nobody wants the auto boxes or the diffs. Good body panels will sell, interior trim will sell if good, but it'll be a slow car to break to £800.

Oxblood is much more red, see this thread:Nogaro325 wrote: The car is diamond black with taurus red leather,i think ox blood is the normal term used.
Thought it was a rare colour combob

I have just been offered one exactly the same as this down here in Bridgwater. I thought for a minute it might of had the leather fitted at a later stage because of the black door cards.pacerpete wrote:There was a few of these sold in '87. Diamond black, dechromed, M5 front spoiler, rear spoiler and red/terracotta leather sports trim. All the ones I have seen also had black door cards and consoles.
