On the 2 litre cars there are two heads to look out for.
The early version is the 1264 200 and itÔš's identified by its small inlet ports. The later head is coded 1277-731 and has inlet ports almost two inches in diameter.
Obviously, you want the right one and while fitting a small-port head to a later engine is going to reduce its power, fitting a 731 head with an opened-up inlet manifold will improve things.
