325 radiator of aircon car

Does anybody know when the classifieds will be up and running again?

I am after a radiator of a 325 from 9/87 onwards (does this mean face list??) but MUST be from an aircon model.

Even if you don't have one for sale, I am keen to see a picture of it. Or even better can anybody compare this rad to a non aircon model?
Have been told that the aircon one is taller and has the overflow tank included.

Uwe,

You may find it easier to find an E36 328i radiator.

A/C is taller yes but the overflow tank is still separate

Correct, pre facelift ones are thinner too......

Ian, I am torn between maximum cooling (E36 M3 rad) or the cleaner engine bay with the tank attached to the rad. What is your experience?

Also browsed lists and it seems that the diesel rad and the M3 rad is the same P/N?

I've only ever used an E36 M3 radiator with my conversion, so can't really comment on anything smaller. I'm certainly not on the edge of overheating, and have never had any temperature issues. You may well find a 328 radiator is plenty big enough. As you say, it makes for a cleaner install.

Not according to the ETK. That's not to say the diesel rad is any smaller though.

Euro car parts p/n 203110660 manual 325i with aircon. Have this fitted on my car, it has about 4 inches extra core at the bottom, uses the same hose mounts and other fittings. Cheers

thanks for the confirmation. Is this a rad WITH expansion tank or seperate?

Without expansion tank. . . uses the original header tank. Ps) mine's an '88 facelift

Ive run a 325tds rad on my 24v swap and it appears identical to the M3 one.. Even had the fan switch hole..

that's what I found when looking through a parts list of a no name rad supplier. Thanks for confirming this

What the rad being used for engine wise?

can anyone tell me what the difference is between the M3 and the 2.5td radiator (apart from £25 plus the VAT). they seem to have the same dimensions but not sure it hose holes are the same or not. They do seem have diffrent part numbers.
Need replacement rad for rally car to staop overheating on tight twist stages on hot days
