hi havent posted on here before!! so i thought i would! is there any 2.0 block that can replace the 318is block. there for making it a 2.0???

You can increase the CC by changing the crank shaft, some one has done it before.

In order to get to 2L you'll need to either replace the crank with an M47 item and use M44 pistons, or use S50B30 pistons on the M44 crank. S30B30 pistons with an M47 crank will give 2.1L.

I looked in to doing this but it get's very expensive, just be warned that the bits to do this will run you up a very big bill!
