Hi,
As don't post nothing about my car for some time, i decided to put here some pictures of the BMW 320is/Mobil 1 trophy that we had here in Portugal in 1990, 1991 and 1992.
Hope you like it.

Some info:
Back in 1990, Baviera, the BMW importer of that time to Portugal, negotiated with BMW the creation of a trophy with the BMW 320is.
So, after concluded the negotiations, BMW produced for Baviera, 23 BMW 320is, all with no sunroof, no air-conditioning, and all alpineweiss, to be used in the trophy.
Of the 23 cars, only 3 were not used, as they wanted them to be spare cars, in case of some heavy pilot crash. The 3 cars were used also as safety cars.
The trophy lasted 3 years.
In 1993, the BMW 320is was substitude by the BMW e36 M3.
Here in Portugal, the trophy BMW 320is cars, are high valueated, and are left few cars. Many of them were dismantled after the end of the trophy.
Hope you like of this little piece of history, as i'm proud of that.
In the present, there's nothing here in Portugal, that we can compare to the competivity of this trophy.
Some specs of the trophy car, that was common to all:
OEM engine with Ecu tuned by AC Schnitzer
AC Schnitzer exhaust system
AC Schnitzer coil-over suspension
AC Schnitzer wheels
Yokohama tires
Matter roll-bar
Cheers.

Quality motor mate
Looks awesome with everything you've done.
Would be good to see it in the metal

Some photos taken this morning, now with some cosmetic changes. With the original 15 BBS, without the ///M badge on the grille, and with chrome rings.

Best 4-door on the zone
You see not all more-doors are destined to become metal pie trays - that is the ultimate sleeper
