Any idea on cost? Alpina seemed to get most gains by working on the exhaust,Simon13 may be able to help you better.....

I need a head for my 2.7 eta block. Im turbocharging it so I dont mind spending a bit on a good head. Im in Ireland so it would have to shipped on a crate or someway.

I'd tend to agree for any POS touring or 4door its a bonus, but prefer the originality in a Sport. M20 is the only way to power a genuine sport.E30BeemerLad wrote:you historians

Have these been done on a flow bench or are they a one-man-and-his-dremel bodge up?

300 is very cheap. too cheap if you ask me. I paid £585(cost as my old man used to drive one of there gt series car's) just for a new cast from corry racing with larger exhaust valves and wider inlet /outlet and gas flowed.
Add profit and tax to that and you have a real price.
This was nearly 8 years ago now.....
Then you need all the bit's to make this worth while. And i'm still not there.
imo 5 - 600 = bigger engine in place. My next step.

I think everybody deserves a CMF flow chart of various valve lifts to show the actual improvements before people start "just buying"whipsey wrote:right if any one is interested pm me your number and i will pass it on
