Yes, stock fan here.

def air locked, that's the usual issue, it might be worth filling the matrix through the pipes in the bulkhead.

massage them all till the coolant stops bubbling through the bleed valve.

@ Gunnii, do you have a typical afr arget map? I've set mine but not 100% it's right.

back of head to bottom matrix hose.

exp tank hose runs to upper matrix hose

it will not bleed without these correctly fitted Sean.

Nice thread, been reading through, this one sounds like one to watch out for!
How much did you take off the pistons to bring the cr down to 8.0cr?

Looking forward to heaering about the running of this one!

just the squish was taken off, there is still a bowl in the top of the piston, also had deep valve reliefs cut for the more agressive cam. :)
took it out for a spin before but still very lumpy...

Did you fill it slowly through the radiator top hose (pouring into the engine) and bottom hose into the rad?

Thats how i did it on the 320 and it bled up straight away.

I also had it on a pair of those steel ramps so it was nose up, which helps.

It looks good though, it will all be worth it the first time you bring it on boost and dispatch some council chariot

Right, im at a loose end with this car, i just dont know weather to sell it or keep it. :(
dont want to sell, but it wont get used.
IF i was to sell i would want to get another but just a 2.7.
anyone have any idea of what it would be worth? its a waste as its cost me around 10k all in and i know i would never see that again.
