M20 flywheel's not bad for weight - it's the M40 one that looks like it belongs on a diesel.

It's to slow the 4 pots down abit so they won't make a joke of the snoby engines
Actually glad this came up as a mate is looking into putting a M20 flywheel on a M42 and was wondering if the b20 and b25 were identical since he has a 320 scraped

EVERYTHING about the Sport engine is exactly the same as a 'normal' 325i engine.owenbach wrote:so would the 2.5 sport flywheel be the same as well

For a start there are sport pistons, sport rods, sport louvred head, sport cam, sport crank, sport cankle knackers, sport head bolts, sport ventilated sump ect ect....
