Touch wood i have,nt hit any wildlife in my E30, and whatever i hit in the company van, lwb Transit with hiab, does,nt tend to leave much of an impact on it. Did squash one of a pair of Doves recently though, which was quite upsetting as they mate for life. Should of gone back for other one really, hell im so thoughtful sometimes.

I can just imagine the faces of passers by watching him club a cow to death.

Messy but had to be done :(

Exactly what I was thinking :D

I have have squashed a squirrel in the e30, it ran into the middle of the road near colchester zoo then darted back and forth for a few seconds. Just as I though I was past it I felt a crunch from the rear wheel as it launched itself under my car.

Clipped a pheasant when driving out of my village to go to the last E30 day. Luckily no damage, just a big poo on the wing. I must have hit it's bum! 8O

Seem to make a mess of those regularly around my parts winkeye

Did hit a dead badger in a rather slammed Type3 VW a few years back and mashed any remains as the carcass got dragged under my floorpan- I could feel it as it crunched and smashed it's way along under my feet and got caught in the engine (in the back) and filled the car with a putrid stench of burning rotted flesh...The car had no opening windows!!

Hit a dog once in a slammed Beetle also and thought it'd gotten caught up in the front suspension- wasn't looking forward to pulling it out in pieces but the b'stard survived and ran off. Smashed a headlight to bits and f**ked a wing and the bumper. If only I'd had a wheel brace to smash it's head in winkeye

Only animal i've hit was a bird of some kind - pigeon maybe?

It was a juicy one and it flew down right in front of the windscreen - i thought i was gonna get it in the face, but it swooped down and i battered it with the wing mirror!!!!! No damage, but the wing mirror was turned white and there were feathers all over the place.
Did wonder where it went though - batted it at about 80mph!!!!!

Ive managed to get a few points, all in company vans or trucks.

went round a corner to find a cat in the middle of the road, it saw me started to run to the edge of the road and i hit the brakes and moved to put it between the wheels but it stopped and ran back the other way, streight in to the path of the wheel, ABS light flashed as i went over it ..... slippy

Second was in a merc flatbed truck hit a pigeon about 75mph right on the hard line of the bonnet and sent it skyward in a ball of fethers only for it to land square on the car behinds bonnet, woman driving shat her self and stopped. class :D

Also got little bird stuck in the fake brake duck on the front of my VW transporter.

A couple of months ago, I had to drive over a dead badger because it was on a narrow stretch of lane and there were cars coming in the opposite direction. I can still hear that crunch now :clin: and the mess it made took ages to power hose away. Never realised how durable blood and guts were once they've had a chance to dry off :puke:
