These "help" threads work much better when you give us all something to work from, like:

1: I want 300bhp
2: I want no lag
3: I want mega top end etc

Also what the spec you plan to run, like, standalone ECU, Big IC, Big injectors etc

There are sooooooooooo many options, what is it you are after?

If you only want 250bhp, you really don't need 42lb injectors!

Hello,

250bhp, easy, you don't need 42lb injectors, you could use 30's, but if you buy new you may aswell get the bigger ones while you are there.
MS works fine, walbro worth the money, t3 too small, T4 quite old, GT35 awesome. The stock oil cooler is overkill anyway, will work fine when boosted.

Post up the manifolds you have found so we can all see!

HTH, Mark.
