If the weather were better I'd run it into work as I do about 50 miles a day - would have it run in pretty quick!

Forgot to say did a compression test as well all within a smidgen of 12bar over all 6 cylinders.

I wasn't there with it (no weekend test slots until the middle of next month so my dad took it there for me

) so I don't know the exact results. He said they shoved it up the back end and said it was fine which is OK by me

Not yet, there was a RR day that never materialised on another forum a while back. I think the engine's probably run in enough now to get it metered. Would be interesting to see how it does with a generic map considering the modifications.

Ideally I'd like to get it custom mapped or get standalone management with a RR map, need to get it painted first though

i used a 525 e block, e 36 2.8 crank, 130mm con rods, 9.4 compression ratio 325 i pistons and 325 head gas flowed, running a 280 cam and tnt branches and free flow compression ratio in motor is 10.5
re chipped ecu for the South African 2.7 evo 2 (or IS as its called here )
revlimit 7500 rpm and 325 injectors with a 3.2 bar feull presure regulator
plus a smt6 piggyback and maf conversion used the z 3 maf also running a 320 flywheel car has done 30000km since the conversion and is still going strong

the dyno is the before smt6 and maf conversion with a 535 modified afm
the after is with the smt 6 and maf conversion i
the kw figure translates to about 207 hp
