Hi just bought this motor 6mnths ago what can i do to her to smarten her p shes a 1991 318is in brilliant redish/pink with 325i lump i have a limited budget just need a few hints ty

Dont destroy a 318is or I will destroy you. Seriously sell the is and get a 316 and use that.

Does it run? IF it does, then it's somewhat unlikely to be the 318iS ECU.

you wont touch my m3 with an m20.. do you not realise that the S14 is a FAR superior engine.. the fact it was used in motorsport from it's first and last creation? obviously a 12v 6cyl is better
