when i lifted the head of the car the head gasket was stuck on with some kind of sealent i thought some a@*ehole had put it together and everything would be fine how wrong was i turns out there was a small pitting at one of the water ways and obviously the reason for my head gasket failure :x looks like ive been well done over :cry: thing is wot to do now im thinkin chemical weld but how long will that last? how much would it cost to get a new block and have it bored to suit?

You can use a 2.5 block and get the block decked
or get a 2.0 block bored out to fit the 2.5 pistons and get it decked.
