looks like ive been well done over
thing is wot to do now im thinkin chemical weld but how long will that last? how much would it cost to get a new block and have it bored to suit?

You can use a 2.5 block and get the block decked
or get a 2.0 block bored out to fit the 2.5 pistons and get it decked.
