I need to make some adjustment to my windshield washer nozzles, two of which are currently spraying the ROOF of my car. Push pins are too large. Is there a tool I can pick up? Any suggestions welcome.

You can get cleaning/alignment tools for washer jets. Snap on and, I think, Klann Tools make them. Probably many others as well.

You may want to spray the nozzle with WD40 first, as sometimes they get stuck.
Then use a fine needle to adjust them.
