Heater control panel....... help please!!

Right then, any advice on how to get this out/off???
I mean the plastic surround that houses the clock, stereo and heater controls!!
Need to change mine to a lhd one (which i have) and was wondering if anyone has any tips & instructions for this job!!

Had a look in my haynes manual, but it didn't help much!!
Might go and have a poke about later and see what happens!!

Also, do all the heater knobs just pull off?

switches at top pull out, 2 small screws on inside edge pointed diagonally up into dash

pull off lever knobs then the slider panel, 4 screws behind that hold facia to the slider/cable part

then the gearlever console to remove.. remove ashtray and then the 2 screws and unplug wiring, 2 clips at rear corners of console by heater box, one plastic 10mm nut at rear of console, then one 8mm bolt above ashtray area (holds centre console to dash through metal bracket)

then once the centre console is out you can get to.. the 2 screws that hold heater panel at bottom of bash
