I believe you will need a T55 Torx bit (male) for the bumper and wing fixings.

Remove black trim, then bumper fixings and you will then see other wing fixings.

T55 torx on newer E30s, 10mm (IIRC) female hex on older ones. (Look underneath bumper).
Undo these two bolts and pull bumper straight forwards.
Remove plastic wheel arch liners, and undo every 8mm self tapper you can see. Couple of 10mm screws on the bumper rear mount brackets, and a small countersunk female hex screw each side hidden beneath the headlamp area.
