How thick are the standard rear spring pads (new)?

They come in three sizes I think there is a 3mm 5mm and 10mm from what I can remember and model spefic

for the rear, apparently upper is one size, not able to choose, rear is standard, 5mm, 7.5mm, 10mm, so need to know what the standard is

Upper and lower are both the same I though.

Upper is one size, lower is variable, I've got a set of both at home ready to be fitted when I get time. 7.5mm is the standard for lower.

There isn't a standard size, it depends on the market the car is for and the options fitted.
