black e30 paint question.

looked as hard as i can and im sure its a base colour. Just like red has no lacquer and fades. So im just trying to confirm it isnt lacquered.

2 types you get a 2k solid black with doesnt need lacquer or a base coat with does,even the reds were base coat well most of them

and if you cant tell by looking if not in trade the only way u could tell is by flatting back with 2000 if water turns slightly black then its 2k if milky coulor then its base

100% correct another way is to use a clean white cloth and polish it.
