Update from me
I've had quite a interesting week all round, with driving to work (44m a day) and my work mate being a huge help datalogging and monitering as I've been driving, I've managed to put away almost 8hrs of data and am now on my 5th WB tuned map.
I had noticed with my setup that for some reason I was getting almost supercharger like performance, as in I would get a linear increase in boost with revs. There was a surge at 3k so I thought all was well and carried on. Then the boost started spiking at 8psi+ and again I wasn't really sure if that was right.
So I called a few people, had a word with the zone turbomeister and decided to fit a armval bleed valve that I had purchased some months ago.
I'd never fitted this before as the pipework for it and the actuator were such different diameters, but with a little brutal force it went on.
Didn't actually drive the car till the monday morning and after burning in the new map, I picked up my mate and pulled up at the local traffic lights which lead onto the dual carriageway to work.
Takes no guessing from you guys what I did next and I SHIT MY PANTS!!!
Boost gauge RAMMED it's way to 10psi, revs shot off the scale, car launched sideways and I was flying!!! Both of us were speechless, like WTF? We gave it more beans on the way to work and having not really set it up I adjusted the actuator down to as little as poss and the armval to about 80%, having then checked the armval site I worked out I had dialled in 17psi for the way home

. Made it home without too much boost and reset back to 9psi for the time being.
I thought I had a fast car, but now, well, it's actually pretty scary, full boost at 2.5k with only 50% throttle according to the datalog, so you work it out, I'm really trying hard to keep it on the road now, still not used to the early smack in the head everytime. The mapping has shown all the right signs since the bleed valve was fitted and the pickup has now been given the fuel it needs, so it's getting faster again
I really have been a very happy man this week, misses hates me, but the car is nearly done....
