ahhhh found the real fault finnaly!!!
injectors are fine, it was the GD fuel pressure regulator....the guy that measured mine before must have been "gone"....that's what happens when you relay on others( i didn't have a pressure gauge)...he must have measured my pressure incorectly.

today a friend of mine borrowed me a fuel rail complete with FPR from a m50 320i engine, fitted it with my injectors, sprayed wonderfully. now off to the scrappers for a FPR. winkeye

i wish to thank you all for your advice, it really helped me in diagnosing the engine!
beers are on me

bearly could start it today, had to rev up to 4000rpm to get it warm up and just then i could leave the engine to idle without stalling. went to the mechanic for some advice, bearly could made it back home. the engine was surgeing had to constantly floor the pedal to keep the car going. the mechanic said it could be lost of things  from the fuel pump to the injectors(all6 of 'em?) to some sensors to even something broken in the camshaft housing... i honestly don't know because i already checked everything myself. seems when these electronic injection engines when they do quit they quit for good.
