central locking module location???

hi,when i got my e30 the clm had been taken out and the wiring was just hanging out,anyway,now ive got one ive plugged it in and it works!! but where does it go??? do's it go above the speaker or below it?? do's th gold bracket part face in to the car or out??? thanks for your help!!

Below the speaker, bracket upwards, there's a couple of holes to bolt it into, just below the speaker hole.
