how to remove front speakers in cabby

hope you can help what is the simplest way to remove the speakers at front of cabby and replace with speakers any speaker suggestions would

easy job remove the sill trims then the one screw that holds the speaker grille in place replace with some decent components which ones depend on what sort of music you want from them bassy etc

Isnt it the same as all other e30s?? ie, remove kick panels (two screws each IIRC) then four screws per speaker holding them in, replace with chosen speakers of 5.25" size and then put everything back together and enjoy 
Wanted: Any old component speakers, complete or separate parts, let me know what you got

cabs have plastic trims inside due to the bigger sills otherwise its the same

Just to add like whipsey says, take the sill covers off, it takes a little more time but saves from braking bits. I also found the dropping the cover from under the steering column helped lots on the drivers side...
