Cleaning the boot of my cabby out i have found a (what would appear to be a rear window internal cover ) are these genuine as i cant find any part no: or stamps on it, will get pics up when i get home :?

yeah its a protector for the winter it goes ont he the outside of the rood to cover the rear window to protect it from frost/ ice

it should have some elstic straps that hok onto the frame etc

yeah you open the boot and shut the rubber "lugs" in it to stop it getting nicked then the the two elastic hooks hook on to the hood just behind rear windows! ive had one for 10 yrs and never used it

most people lose them - my brothers cab has one with it but never used it......

havent seen many peoples cabs with the stored away in the boot either....nice item to have for completeness though.....

i think you can still get them at the stealers mate ! i have also seen a couple at shows in auto jumbles etc! plus the one thats on ebay at the mo in the above link!! i just could not be arsed to put it on when its frosty!! more interested in getting the warm! :)

Mine came with the car and is used whenever the temp drops. When you consider the price of a new
roof, for the sake of a split rear window, it makes sense to use it.
