Cool, never done Bedford, and not driven my car on track in anger since i've fitted the cage, seat, harness, poly bushes etc etc, I can see some spins coming!
I'll be in a white 2dr e30 with red cage, say hello if you see me.

Absolutely blinding day out. Thanks to theo for the ride and karan for scaring me half to deat, twice, and thanks to everett for the ride in the 320 hillfinder! Also good to meet toby & andy again and karans mate. What a great way to spend a saturday afternoon!

I had a great day too. My friend and I were mightily impressed by our new 328. RWD is the only way to go. It may not be as quick round the track as my old STi or Accord Type R but, DAMN, RWD is challenging and sooooooo rewarding when you're getting your drift on! Speaking of which, I notice that's all that Karan does - drift! Is that helped along by a welded diff because I couldn't help but notice you drifting in literally every corner!

No i think he has a 2way adjustable diff, not sure what lock up he was running. 280 bhp and some very hot eagle f1's probably helped. Even Andy Everett was giving it some open diff hero action in the first few bends
Im back, car seems to sound a little different after a day of abuse, exhaust is blowing and there is a huge amount of play in the steering in one direction!
Was a great day out, even if my alternator did try and spoil the day 3 mins up the road after leaving at 6:30 in the morning.
Amazingly, I didn't spin! Couple of tank slappers and one scenic route across the grass, that was as exciting as it got!
Anyone got any pics?

No dont really have the spare cash to book at the moment, just shelled out for leman and a holiday. Will either hopefully be attending with theo or just coming to watch/blag rides.GingerTim wrote:Not driving?Dan318-is wrote:Yes i might be! Not as a driver though.
you and me both lol i hurd even if you are doing this i had to call the organsiser and tell him that i was coming as i wont be arriving with a race / track car so you might want to do the same if your coming danor just coming to watch/blag rides.
