Hello everyone.

Just a few pictures I took last Sunday after washing the car. Fancied going somewhere scenic to take them, so I drove to Windsor Great Park. Not exactly a professional when it comes to cameras but see what you think.

Dave.

I'm crap with a camera, so I'm no judge, but they look like good pictures. Can't you get them bigger?

Thanks everyone. You probably have seen me about Simon, I live in Sandhurst. Yeh need to make the pictures bigger really, haven't posted many on here before, and it was only after I had submitted it I realised they were the smaller size.

Dave.

The car looks well. Nice pics. Shame about the flash against the numberplate, although it adds a nice effect to some of the images.

One bit of advise I'll give you is turn the flash off. :D It lights up the dirt on the inner arches and tyres and makes the car look dirtier than it is.

Lovely looking motor

Nice effort. A small tip would be a cheap tripod and turning your flash off!

Yeh I realised after looking back at some of the pictures when I was there that I should have turned the flash off. However, the camera ran out of battery and the sky was running out of light :).

Also (Fuzzy) I think that's what most of the younger generations spend their Sunday's doing, and indeed what I was doing until early afternoon. Then I thought i'd try and achieve something with the rest of the day, so got the bucket and sponge out :).

(sorry for the thread hi-jack, but though you may be interested)
Just got this delivered...

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... :IT&ih=006

For the money i have to say it's really good.

Uses 1/4 inch thread which i'm told is standard on most camera's so should fit loads....very easy to setup and lets you change betwewen portrait and landscape pics (or slanting one's if you want as the head swivels in all sorts of directions!).

I've found that to get good pics you need to have the flash off, and a very VERY steady camera.

I've made do by placing the camera on items near by (rocks/posts/walls etc..) but this should help alot.

Should test it out with some pics this weekend.
