Yes scuttle panel is re-stamped with your chassis no. I ordered one from my local dealer last year. I hope it's not stamped by the same guy that did mine because he made a right abortion of it. Luckily I'm only going to be cutting the ends off and not using the whole panel so that my car retains the original chassis stamp.
