The North East Region of the BMW Car Club proudly invites all E30Zoners to join us at Harewood House near Leeds on Sunday 13th July 2008.
http://www.harewood.org/
The 'Concours of the North' as it has become known is without doubt the finest regional BMW show in the country and is now in it's 25th year.
Previously only open to members of The BMWCC, the new organising team (BMWAMAC, Steve and myself) decided to open it up to all BMW enthusiast groups and after a successfull trial last year have decided to go large!
We have sole use of the entire North Lawn facing the main house.. as used by Aston, Jag and Rolls for their big national events.
We would love it if the E30Zone could come and support us.. you could have as much space as you want with no real restriction on space.. you could have your own stand or blend in with us.
We have dealer presence from Scotthall Leeds and detailers Zymol.
I realise that the date clashes with Bimmerflex and that a lot of you will be there.. but if you are not going down south and you would like to bring your car to Leeds just let me know.

Yes I'm sure.. The 8th June was cancelled late last week as Porsche Club GB did a u turn and decided they didn't want us there with them this time..
.. So we have done what we do best and booked our own date on July 13th.. it's a better date, on the best lawn in front of the main house and we can do it our own way.
I want every BMW within a 100 mile radius of Leeds there.. club, forum, anybody with an interest.. It WILL be the best BMW show of the summer!

We have decided to run a 'Show and Shine' this year alongside the Concours d Elegance.
As you may know, the Concours is only open to Club cars but the Show and Shine is a much simpler format that everyone can enter.. Just display the card that you get on admission and leave it in your windscreen. You don't need to stay with your vehicle as we do not need to see inside the car.. The cars are judged purely on their external presentation.. any visitor to the show can enter their BMW you do not need to be a paid up member of the BMW Car Club.
We encorage everyone to clean their car and give it a go.. there are some fantastic prizes and trophies up for grabs and once inside the grounds it is free to enter your car.

We dont charge anything.. but Harewood do, you need to pay normal admittance on the gate.. it's a lot cheaper if you do it beforehand, give them a call.. or there is a link you can use in the first post on this thread.edster wrote:I would like to come to this whats the admission for the car etc?

Looks like there will be quite a few Zoners coming to this one.
If you want to put on your own E30Zone stand then please feel free to sort it out amongst yourselves.. but remember to let me know so we can plan your area on the groundplan.
