No offence taken Pete, my car is affectionately known as 'The Asbo"!!! I'm quite comfortable with my 2 bed rental status

Interestingly, there's no smiley headlamps on this one - I thought it was only the '88 year E30 that had the plain projector type?

A couple of things here. The engine i would say its the real deal and looks to me like original in the car. I say this as it does not look played with (filthy and tatty) and the cam cover and inlet are painted the correct colour and have bee for years. If someone sticks Alpina badges on an e34 and tries to make it a B10 then 9/10 they's add the "bi turbo" as well!!
I'm not sure of the interior issues, we need Alpina guru Simon13 on the case (or pacerpete), but one things for sure............this was once a very well specced car. Very rare FACTORY climate and electric seats. AC in any e34 was rare even at the end of the run but I've only ever seen 2 or 3 with climate (which in my mind always looked a bit messy style wise).
I'm wondering........being a "F" reg and number 3, its a very early e34 (there were a handful of "E" plates), whether it was one of Sytners 1st efforts. Hence it's more of a well specced 535 inside wise.
How about a £300 blown head gasket late 24v 520 or 525 and a reshell. Could be an awesome car.
