Im thinking of buying a 318is e36 on a P reg off someone i know. it is the later 1.9 model but it has 174,000 miles on the clock the car has only had 3 owners from new and has done mainly motorway miles I know the guy who maintains it and has done a lot of work on the car he says its a good car.
the bodywork is also very good it is madeiraschwarz which is kinda purpley (nice colour) no rot on the arches etc just a bit of bubbling on the bonnet. it comes with M3 mirrors (genuine) and M3 alloys with brand new conti sports all round. my question to you guys is do you think that the miles are too high and would you touch it for 1300 quid???????

yeah? there is one other thing the gear changes are a bit sloppy but no problem getting it into gear any ideas how to fix it?
