Is that an Ebay turbo kit you've got there?
Yeah its a US ebay special. So probably only last 5 mins, but its more of a learning thing for me this project. So as it comes along i'll know what did/didn't work and what to change next time.

how you doing the downpipe?e36 rack on there or not?
The down pipe is going where the battery used to be. Thats in the boot now and i've cut away the old battery tray. It has the standard E30 P/S rack on it. And theres enough room for the down pipe to go through. Then its full custom system to the tail pipe. Which is probably just going to be 2.5 inch slash thing. Nothing over the top. Want it old skool real oem looking. And sounding as well. So plenty of boxes going into the system to keep the noise down.

Will defo post some clips of when its on the road. My black one went well enough just been NA so hoping this one should be fun lol.

Lol total build cost so far is less than what you'd pay for a 325i sport, so thats also a bonus. Plus its a great learning thing, to gt dirty and taking everything apart and have a go at making it yourself.

was the ebay turbo kit $599 + postage?

I've had my eye on those for a while, did you get the intercooler and piping with it too? What does the fannymould look like in terms of quality? I know the turbo is probably the biggest liability but who cares eh! :D

Nope it wasn't one of the super cheap kits. Still cost a fair bit of money, but still a lot lot cheaper than the uk kits over here.

Manifold looks ok, had to get it re-worked as im top mounting the turbo, and the original design is to put it where the steering coloumn is.

Need to sort out some supporting for it jsut to make sure its okay.

And yes I got the intercooler and all the piping as well. Got all the oil feed connections and bits like that to.
