ok most of the 325 is now stripped but havent touched the brakes yet so
what do i need off the back end to fit the 325i back discs etc ???
as dnt want to scrap shell and leave anything vital on that i might need to sort the 320i cheers in advance Daz

Hi Daz, I'm pretty sure you need the whole rear radius arms. You might as well re bush the back axle whilst you're at it

Change the whole 2.5 subrame complete including diff. No need to dismantle anything, but it's a bit heavy to move around.
In fact it's easier to block the subframe on the ground and move the rest of the car.
You will need new subframe bushes, and check the condition of the rear brake lines while it's off. You'll never get a better chance.

think its gonna have to get put off for now like you say i may as well sort everything while its off as my back bushes dnt feel great as it is
sadly the diffs gone so i,ll have to stick with the one i have but i do have a c reg 323 as well not sure whether diff from that would be useable??
its gonna get broken up anyway shame it dnt have rear discs could have took it all from that 1 never mind will def bear in mind what youve said and sounds the best way of doing it thats gonna pls the misses not
subframes all over tyhe drive hahaha she will go ape it allreay looks like an e30 graveyard with 3 cars and an engine and various bumpers ohh well

thats what i thort mate but at least if i take me time and do it all it,ll be sweet when i sort engine
had a new thort on that but not sure yet might try get an m52 and tiptronic box as misses has just got s reg and its not a bad feeling eng/box just love playing with that box but would want some more power power from the engine so at the moment not really sure whats gonna be in there when its finished??????
