Just like to see what you guys think. Its a work in progress but I'm getting there, the interior has just been trimmed. I've found that the bronzitbeige is a hard colour to get on camera well (and I have a sh1t camera), but here it is:

And my tech I kit waiting to be painted and installed. This won't happen til near the end of april because there was a hail storm here in December and all the panel beater/ body shop places are booked out til then. Our E36 318i was written off in the storm :( . I learn't to drive in that car, but it'd definitely seen better days, mechanically A1 though.

Plans for the future:

Repaint black trim black
Get dark tinting
Centre console without tape cassette thing
Some shadowline

and maybe:
HID conversion

and maayybee:
M54B30 (I can dream)
otherwise M52TUB28

Thoughts? Suggestions?

Nah keep the chrome. Go for old school Euro look. Deep dish wheels, decked, minimal look and clean as poss.

Neither had I, but it was in factory material when I bought it. Then I found the sport seats and thought I'd go with leather. It was finished mid december, so it still smells lovely too. The leathers not a perfect match for the original, but you don't notice a difference unless you're looking for it.

And i got all seats and doors retrimmed for $1120 (in leather). I thought that was pretty reasonable. One guy quoted me between $1600-$2000 for the front seats, I couldn't believe it!

Thanks for the compliments guys. I'll post pics when I've got the kit on, but as I said before it won't be for a while yet so don't hold your breath, haha.

De-chrome it!!!! and change those horid wheels, azevs keskins or even kerschers with a deep dish will look phat! I am speaking from experience used to have a tech2 325i 2dr in bronze beige metallic dtm exhaust 60ml drop on azevs and had the chrome window trim removed and was preped and painted to a polished mirror black finnish, the only thing that was left chrome was the kidney badge!!!!

The guy that did my interior is a guy called Duncan - Duncan's Motor Trimming, located in Riverstone (NSW, not Riverston QLD, its near Windsor if that helps), search for him on yellowpages, thats how I found him. If you go with him ask him to write a quote up for you, cause he didn't for me and there was a bit of a dispute, but problems solved, and i have my leather  . And I might have a look into ebay uk, I always wanted to end up with some BBS wheels, RK or RX (from memory).
