hey guys,
the beemer failed the m.o.t today on center rear(to flexi) brake pipe's. any ideas where i can get new pipes as the stealership have discontinued them! thanks guys

tried GSF or euro car parts? im pretty sure u can buy just the copper piping and then bend it to the shape you need. well... looks a bit like this

you can buy car specific pre made copper kits from www.demon-tweeks.co.uk or you can buy lengths of copper pipe with the nessesary ends loose and make them up yourself.

If you mean the pipes from the junction box to the rear flexis, they are still available from BMW but are not preshaped and cost about £4 each.

Hi mate, if its the metal pipes that go from above the rear diff to the flexi's (i think this is where you mean) then i've only ever made them myself. But be warned, they are a total mother to get to!!! I speak from experience

Hi there same happened to me last week, failed on front to rear brake line. Give the genuine BMW parts a shout zimmerbimmer1, I gave him a call and the parts were with me in 3 days. Bugger to fit though, fuel tank out,blah blah but the results are worth it.
