Hello all....

Any ideas how much a LSD and Gearbox from an 1987 car is worth? Both seem in pretty good nick (apparently). I'm not sure of the ratio for the LSD. I was going to offer Ԛ£150 for both? Is this ok?

Cheers V.

assuming the box and diff are in good working condition I'd say that was a bargain deal dude

Ebay them and post the link in the ebay/parts for sale sections.

there should be a tag on the back cover on the diff, post up the info thats on there dude,

Just got the diff and box... The diff says S3.64. Nothing written on the gearbox. But its definately out of an 1987 325i sport.

It should fit straight on to a 1991 325i se right?

Not sure if i'm going to use them so if they go for sale i'll let you guys know. V

no just unscrew them off and toss them in the bin,
I think itԚ´s 5mm allen key
With great challenges comes great engineering.

Thanks guys. Any advice on where to get the box and diff reconditioned and fitted fairly cheaply?
