think the slave cylinder is f***ed, is moody in morning on wanting to select any gear, fluid runs out every couple of days, clutch is slipping, and a funny smell now appearing... will have to order parts tomorrow and get it sorted..
will change master cylinder too just too make sure its all working mint..

had a RTC with a cyclist, she was going the wrong way down a one way street on the pavement, holding a torch as her "light" with no front brakes, and the rear brakes not working too well, if at all i was on the edge of a dropped kerb just about to go onto the main road, looking up and down the road, the left was clear, looked right for a gap in the traffic, as soon as i was pulling off, there she was right in front of my car, BANG! knocked her off her bike and broke her leg
, police took my details, and are sending her a ticket, damn cyclists,

She had no front brakes, no light, riding on the pavement. Hard to say he was in the wrong.grantfk10 wrote:Another inexperienced driver blaming someone else?

Must have beena big pavement to fit an e30 down...
Cyclists are damn annoying, I hit one the day after I got my E30.
Was pitch black pissing down with rain pulled upto a round about looked to my right nothing coming, pulled out and wham.. Cyclist on my bonnet. Moron had no lights or reflective clothing. Luckily he hit my wheel with his so no damage and it was wet so he just slid across my bonnet.
He was pretty pissed when he got up from the other side of the car but luckily he wasn't hurt.

picked up the Polish E30 from chez, here is a pic of it on sunday morning,

went out on sunday evening, went to netherfield, J27 and J24, was on way to cossal, coming up to one corner, car locked up and slid into a BIG kerb...

i was lucky the kerb stopped me, on the other side of it was a fence, then a lake..
stripped most of it out to sell the bits on, another E30 lad came in to check on me, told me he knew someone who wanted to buy the rolling shell off me, so i have got it sold, and have a few more bits knocking about,

so untill further notice, im rolling in a chav..

you know where i mean then? the recovery bloke said hes picked up one mans car 3 times from that same stretch of road... what takes the pizz is that i picked up the polish one, then later on 'ditched' mine and the best thing about it... my IS splitter survived
the only damadge done to mine was bent wishbone, snapped engine mount, bent wing, bent the valance, smashed bumper, dinted a rim, popped tyre, just started to get the crumple zone, got it back to work the next morning, ran straight away after putting booster pack on it..

Yeah its my route home from work, really easy to get wrong,
BM's are made well if you were in a lesser car it would have been a different story,
Before they put the curb there I saw some interesting recoverys from the lake..
