Which filter / induction kit?

The filter on my car looks pretty dodgey and well in need of replacement. I am therefore in the market for another one. What would you recommend and why?

It's worth me saying that I dont have the old airbox so I wont be fitting a green panel filter.

I also like the idea of some nice induction noise but can't afford a £1000 carbon set up

I already have a cold feed tube which is in the light socket and ready to supply air.

It doesnt make much difference to me if one kit gives 1bhp more than another.

What would you buy and where from?

presumably because it has proven dyno gains there was some testing from M5pilot on this a while back.

Yes I would go for a ITG with a heat sheld.
