you can get a decent engine conversion for £6000 winkeye
the figure im quoting might have been the figure i read for a diy conversion on a supply only basis.

With great challenges comes great engineering.

 me either, but it's a healthy chunk more power than the standard engine and it drives beautifully, even if I do say so myself!

i think thats pretty steep mate, in all honesty bro its like any conversion to a car u get what you pay for, but in all fairness i built my old turbo e30 on quite a tight budget, id say i done it for about £1500 but that was just parts though i built it all myself just got ant to do a bit of exhaust for me. and mine was prob about 260bhp id say(estimating) but one thing id say is llok into it a lot first and ask plentey questions, cus on my one i just plowed into it, when i was very fresh to the e30 zone, the only headache i really encountered was fitting the megasquirt magagement. but any q's bro everyone will help u out as much as possible
but u need to set a buget first and what kinda power u are after, before u tear into it
