pls help when ever i turn steering wheel on my 91 cab with power steering left or right there is about an inch turn before it engages.does this mean i need a new rack. cheers

You may want to check the coupling at the bottom of the coloumn mate...i think there's still one on the pas equipped cars? :mad:

assuming thats OK, check theres fluid in the PAS reservoir, if its empty refill and find/fix the leak ASAP to prevent anymore hassles.

cheers dudes will look at the weekend. where would i fin coupling inside or outside (dont no much as u can tell)

Engine bay (the one im thinking of),just in front of the bulkhead on the drivers side :mad:

don`t know part number but i have complete steering rack (manual one - but bush should be the same)
