Tesco's Yes you heard me

Just nipped into tesco to get some bits and bobs for tea, and came across tesco's wheel brush? Has any one else used it?

It's about £2 blue handle. It worked an absolute treat on my BBS's as it's the right size to slot in between the spokes easily to get a thorough clean, but you can stick the end in the smaller spokes to get a half decent clean.

It was around by the magaziny bit Where they have a selection of products but my one by me has a weird layout.

Highly recommend it though saved me a load of hassle. Also asda do a good wheel acid to spray on your alloys to get rid of break dust but u gotta spray it, give it a quick scrub and then rinse it off.

I buy these ones, they are great for cleaning bbs but do break after a while if you bend them a lot. But they worth it.

For the price they are good. One thing to beware of is that they are a metal bodied brush, so if you apply too much pressure the bristles go flat and the metal shows through. This can mark the wheel.

I wear these out after 2 washes, just use a dustpan/brush type now and then go round with a rag over my finger if theyre really manky

I use the brush from an old Karcher jetwash, works great after loosening up with wheel foam. I also use an Autoglym wheel brush one for the hard stuff, but only coz I got it for free and I can't see how it's worth £18.00 more than any other brush!
