If i fitted windows with an oe green tint to my car, (which to my knowledge has plain glass) would i notice the difference badly?

also, how hard would it be to fit opening rear windows to a coupe with standard windows (ie- are all the mounting holes pre-drilled etc.)

cheers

Think all cars are tinted in some way, early ones are brown tinted later/higher spec are green tinted.

Most my windows were brown, untill somebody tried to break in through one, which is now green! You can tell the difference, but only if there next to each other. Say if you had all the side windows green and the front/ rear brown it would look O.K

You will still notice the diference though

Cheers, that answers most of it, so does anyone know if my 1990 318IS is likely to have the 'green tint' glass?

Now actually looking at the ETK there is such a thing as clear glass.....
But as its a is i would have thought it would be green.

Hold a piece a white paper behind the glass and see if i looks green at all.
