because I as far as I was aware all the equipment that was needed to fit bar the listed item was there.
Spadge wrote the advert so false advertising on his part
and brenner5 hadnt checked the kit or he had and was trying to offload as it had an obsolete bracket missing.
So despite Spadge not being directly involved he originally sold it with a mis-leading description.
Maybe I should start listing 4.1 open diffs as LSD's it's only missing a couple of bits but it doesnt matter, just trying to make the zone a better place to trade but it seems that everyone is so high and mighty that it's clearly wrong to say a bad word about something wrong

SPadge misleading sold it to brenner5 he either knew about it and said nothing or was none the wiser.. either way Spadge wrote the advert wrongly
and brenner5 should have checked the item and equally not sold it misleadingly
now fuzzy I'm not being funny, put your nose away I'm trying to help.

Wow just seen this...
Sorry Bob, the reason i was selling the equipment was because i won't have time to fit it, nothing else...
only opened the package to see everything was there.. i don't know what the full cruise control kit contents are but i only thought a bracket was missing as Spadge said in his ad...
I can refund you if you like, no problems..let me know

all sorted with brenner5 now spoke to him on the phone and come to a civil arrangement..
still leaves a question over the mis-leading advert though.

Right i,ll put my nose away as well.Pretty sure all parties involved can defend themselves.
Bob_S, no one is beyond approach and your stated reasons for posting can only be commended. Think all would agree that making this a better place is what we would all want but it might have been an idea to speak to both parties first.

For the record here is my original thread when i sold it to Brenner.
http://www.e30zone.net/modules.php?name ... highlight=
I made it perfectly clear it wasn't a complete kit and posted the pics so that any potential buyer could see what they were/wern't getting!
Bob everyone knows you have issues with me but you are doing yourself no favours with this kind of spiteful, childish, pathetic back stabbing

Bob
I feel what others have said above is right in this situation
you made the deal with Brenner5 not Spadge
if there is any issue between Brenner5 and Spadge please leave it to those two guys to sort out
so please remove Spadge's name from the title and thread
any issues please contact myself or one of the team
edit: was writing this while you was replying Ant
