Can I have your opinions on the following wheels. I'm gonna see how much they cost and how that price compares with getting a set made. If there's not much in it then I'll go to image again but if these are half the price then think I'll save the money for petrol

I like wheels like this, don't see many E30s with this kind of wheel style either.

That'll do the most important job of showing off your brakes perfectly as well :thumb:

Must admit I'm gravitating toward the second set myself, just hope they can be had for the E30 :?

To give an idea on how a more open wheel would look on an E30 here are mine (16"):

And on the car:

I'm definately not saying you should look at that wheel, I'm just trying to help you get an idea what things might look like. When I got those wheels I didn't have a choice of designs or anything. I needed the wheels quickly, not massively expensive, and I wanted some that were light, they were the only "choice" I had at the time.

Not a great idea to show off the standard brakes though, they are very small.

Must admit I'm more partial to having lots of straight radial spokes, but those look pretty nice, got a nice deep lip on them :)

RE: the brakes, I've got a nice big 4-pot kit for mine :p

Oh. Apparently they don't do them for the E30, only these:

and

I prefer the first ones myself.

Those are both a bit chav to be honest - I can visualise them on a Saxo much more easily than on an E30 :(

I saw a set like the first ones on a 200sx (in the fast and the furious I think  ) and was gonna hunt a set down for the GT6 cos I liked them so much.

Take your point about Saxoyness though, and looks like my sleeper status would be out the window with a set of those.

Oh decisions!

I think all the wheels on here were a bit chav, apart from the lenso mesh..

Get some decent phat deep dish wheels on mate, euro style .. i'm sure the e30 scene in the uk will slowly become euro style as the dub market has, and the styling is so much better..

get some phat 9 x 16's on or check forsale section

Right, I'm officially a chav!

I'll be ordering a set of them in 17x7" tomorrow!

Get the feeling that my uber brakes won't look quite to uber behind them though :(
