I know Bilstein has em, but they don't offer for e30. If anyone knows about a suspension system with the ability to adjust ride height and/or rebound from behind the steering wheel, I really would like to know about it. THANKS!

I think they'd be a "one off" for the E30
Someone like Proflex would probably make them
Factor in £5k plus for the set

You can adjust Bilstein PSS 16 but not from behind the steering wheel. You need to lift the car (for adjusting the suspension height).SLiCKZ wrote:I know Bilstein has em, but they don't offer for e30. Holy **** that's like over $10k. Way way outta price range. Thanks. Do ya know if the koni kits are better than bilstein? Are they worth the extra cash?

Unless you are involved in endurance racing (big budget) or some such thing I cant see it's really relevant or required.

Bilstein is better. There is nothing wrong with Koni, it is just a good shock.
BTW: Ohlins is making kit for E30 but the price is around £ 2500.00 for shock absorbers only. But Ohlins is the best of the best.

There is no such thing as the best, there is the best for you, there is the most expensive, there is the cheapest, but there is no such thing as THE BEST

Ohlins is the best for most WRC teams, european rally championship teams, DTM teams, european hillclimbing teams, etc. To make nortloop heapy, Ohlins is the best for them and I think that most of them knew their bussines.

There are several manufacturers who make top notch suspension components
They will be rebuildable, have remote reservoirs,hi and low speed damping adjustment, adj ride height and provide tech support as and when needed.
At the end of the day, it's down to how much you want to spend on the components
It's all down to personal preferance
