inspection light

well my insoection light has come back on after having my e30 serviced at bm and gettin it reset not long ago.

As well as the isspection sign also the green light seems to be on sometimes
any ideas?

the 'inspection' light comes on every 12 months so the car gets a yearly service, regardless of mileage.if it has come on again then it probably wasnt reset correctly. NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT

as for the green light, i take it you mean a small green block has lit up? this is an indiction of how far you have til the next service!

the lights come on 1 by 1 until its at the amber and red ones-meaning the car is due a service.

Or if they've come back on shortly after being reset, your SI board batteries could well be $hagged.

320 Touring - I see you posted your reply in the middle of the night, so I suppose you can be excused, but the green lights go OFF one by one towards the service.
