Can you identify this 6 branch manifold?

Need technical Q/A then you're in the right place

Hi...

I have been trying to identify what type this manifold is... Karan has suggested Hartge and it seems very similar but it is diffcult to see for sure because of the different angle on the pictures...

But this is what I have so far...
This is my car...

Supersprint - definitely not this type.

What do you guys think... I haven't found pics of Alpina, Ac Schnitzer or any other manufacturers except Karan's Dynamic Racing and that is completely different... only wish I had one like that.

Don't think it's hartge because the angle of the first two pipes are different. Don't know what it could be tho

looks like a schnitzer to me... its hard though cause most of the designs are so similar (with a few exceptions, eg RD)

It looks like a cross between a hartge and Alpina.

What ever it is its very nice and looks like a good design.

Its an Early Hartge, the give away is the oil filter housing has been spun 180 degrees so the filter is @ the front

Brents Hartge engine has the same exact mainfold dude.

That would make me one very happy

It would be very cool... because then I will concentrate on Hartge modifications if possible... 8)

Hartge modifications cost lots of money for very little gain.

Did you fit that manifold yourself or was it on the car already? You sure the engine is not a hartge one?

Nope it was on the car - I seriously doubt that the engine has some modifications... I guess it would be bright though to do a dyno before buying chips and stuff... Just in case it turns out to be delivering more than it is supposed to.

By the way, I have poor comparison since the only E30's I have driven are M3 and a cabrio which has a chip, a cam and a sports manifold - but they were similar in performance (the cab and mine) at least judging from the driving experience, but the cabrio also had 17" wheels, LSD (maybe another ratio) and its heavier.

Yeah Hartge stuff costs - didn't know about the poor gains though... I would be on the look out for good second hand stuff...
