hi guys, just finished putting my second 2.5 lump in my touring, and its as rattley as a bag of pennies!
i had a go at sortin the rockers out yesterday, which helped a bit, but she still makes a hell of a lot of noise. i have the head off my previous 2.5, which was runnin nice and quiet, so before i go and swap them i was thinking of having it reconditioned, skimmed, pressure tested and whatever other gubbins i can think of.
my question to you guys is, where in the midlands can anyone recommend???
oh, and what should i have done for best results? i am going to have around 300 notes to spend i think, so just wondering what the best route is to go down?
cams? although im only getting 18 to the soddin gallon as it is!
port and polish?
gas flow?
any suggestions are welcomed guys,
head tuning, need to find somewhere good!

Take it to Head Technique in Telford, I have used them for years and trust them dearly, proper job and true proffesionals
Ask them what they can do and how much it will cost and they will come up with the best plan of action for you.
